In 2005, Home and Garden Television (HGTV) featured Brendon’s San Francisco residence on an episode of its top-rated show, Curb Appeal. Although Brendon was on the losing end of aesthetic battles with his neighbor and the show's designer, audiences responded to his outgoing nature and sense of humor.
