Brendon began his burgeoning media career when the Home and Garden Network featured his San Francisco residence on an episode of their top-rated show, Curb Appeal [View Episode Clients, friends and total strangers took notice, and Brendon knew he was on to something. Today, Brendon is a real estate host for HGTV's National Open House and the network’s local real estate expert. He also stars with Apprentice 3 series winner Kendra Todd on HGTV’s popular series, My House is Worth What? This heart-wrenching show takes an entertaining and unflinching look at what happens when homeowners renovate — for better or worse — and then learn how their improvements have affected the value of their homes. Brendon's candid, insightful and colorful assessments of the show's Northern California featured properties, and his role on other HGTV shows, have earned him numerous accolades. In addition to his many appearances as an HGTV real estate expert and host, Brendon appears on Bay Area television news segments to discuss breaking news stories in the tumultuous real estate industry. To date, Brendon has been part of over a dozen HGTV productions and news programs. This on-camera experience has allowed Brendon to connect with a larger audience that appreciates his fresh approach and astute real estate advice. In addition to being one of the top real estate advisors in the Bay Area, Brendon is an avid investor. He not only owns property locally, but has national and international real estate investments.
