One of San Francisco’s first upscale neighborhoods, Pacific Heights screams ‘old money’ with its elaborate mansions atop hilly streets overlooking the bay. One home here recently sold for over $20 million. It’s possible to find a one-bedroom condo for $850,000, however. Proximity to the Marina, Presidio, Golden Gate Bridge and Union Street shopping and the great views make Pacific Heights highly desirable.
